消息面上，海丰国际午间发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩，收入约30.58亿美元，同比增加约25.9%；毛利约11.43亿美元，同比增加约83.4%，毛利率由2023年度约25.7%上升至2024年度约37.4%；股东应占溢利10.28亿美元，同比增长93.51%；拟派发末期股息每股1.40港元，上年同期派0.5港元。
公司称，收入增加主要由于集装箱运量由2023年的3224498个标准箱增加约10.7%至2024年的3570184个标准箱；及平均运费(不包括互换仓位费收入)由2023年的623.3美元╱标准箱增加约15.7%至2024年的721.1美元╱标准箱的合并影响所致。
