消息面上，据上交所、深交所公告，京基金融国际遭剔除出港股通名单，于今日起正式生效。此外，3月6日晚，京基金融国际发布公告称，与Nobias Media Sarl订立谅解备忘录，可能收购Jakota Capital 100%股权，以扩展国际业务资源及市场渗透率。Jakota Capital专注于日本、韩国及台湾的资本市场而从事资投服务业务。
