【陕西能源：持股 5%以上股东计划增持不低于 2.5 亿元不超 5 亿元】金融界3月11日消息，陕西能源“公告称，公司持股 5%以上股东陕西榆林能源集团汇森投资管理有限公司计划自公告之日起 6 个月内，以自有资金和金融机构增持专项贷款通过集中竞价方式增持公司股份，拟增持股份的金额不低于人民币 2.5 亿元，不超过人民币 5 亿元，本次增持不设定价格区间。浙商银行股份有限公司西安分行为其提供贷款专项资金不超过人民币 45000 万元（含），且贷款金额不超过实际增持金额的 90%。”
