智通财经APP讯，新丰泰集团(01771)发布公告，于2025年3月10日，卖方(均为公司的间接全资附属公司)拟向买方(西安中屿房地产有限公司)出售目标公司(西安新丰泰泾河物流开发有限公司)的全部股权，总代价为人民币8192万元。于本公告日期，目标公司拥有位于陕西省西安市高陵区泾河工业园的目标物业。
于完成后，集团将不再拥有目标公司及目标物业的任何权益。因此，目标公司及目标物业的财务业绩将不再综合计入集团的财务报表。
基于公司战略发展的需要，集团已决定进行目标公司的出售事项，以提高集团的资产利用率，并进一步提升其业务营运的质量及效率。出售事项有利于优化集团的财务状况及资产流动性，并专注于发展其核心业务，以实现经济效益及可持续发展。
