智通财经APP讯，中国中铁(00390)发布公告，公司2025年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新可续期公司债券(第一期)(以下简称“本期债券”)分为两个品种，品种一基础期限为5年，以每5个计息年度为1个周期，在每个周期末，发行人有权选择将本品种债券期限延长1个周期(即延长5年)，或选择在该周期末到期全额兑付本品种债券;品种二基础期限为10年，以每10个计息年度为1个周期，在每个周期末，发行人有权选择将本品种债券期限延长1个周期(即延长10年)，或选择在该周期末到期全额兑付本品种债券。本期债券发行总额不超过人民币30亿元(含30亿元)。
发行人和主承销商于2025年3月7日在网下向专业机构投资者进行了票面利率询价，根据网下向专业机构投资者询价簿记结果，经发行人和主承销商充分协商和审慎判断，最终确定本期债券仅发行品种一，品种一(债券简称：25铁YK01，代码：242525.SH)票面利率为2.40%。
发行人将按上述票面利率于2025年3月10日-2025年3月11日面向专业机构投资者网下发行。
