智通财经APP获悉，找钢集团-W(06676)尾盘一度跌22%，早盘曾涨超18%。截至发稿，跌10%，报9港元，成交额591.55万港元。
消息面上，3月10日，找钢集团通过De-SPAC（特殊目的收购公司并购上市）方式，正式在港交所挂牌上市。据悉，该集团成立于2012年，主要通过连接钢铁交易行业的主要参与者至其数字化平台，提供钢铁交易全链条的一站式B2B服务，包括线上钢铁交易、物流、仓储与加工、SaaS产品以及大数据分析。目前，找钢集团正逐步拓展至电子元器件、电工电气、五金机电产品等非钢铁工业原材料市场。
业绩方面，2021、2022、2023年及2024年前9个月，找钢网营收分别为13.5亿、9.05亿、11.7亿及11.4亿人民币；净亏损则分别为2.7亿、3.7亿和4.7亿及0.5亿人民币，3年多时间累亏约11.6亿元。对于常年亏损的原因，找钢网在招股书中解释称，于往绩记录期间，公司一直专注于投入资源扩大业务规模、扩大买家及卖家基础、开发及推出新服务以及增强技术基础设施，从而导致经营开支增加。
