智通财经APP获悉，京城机电股份(00187)涨超15%，截至发稿，涨15.49%，报4.92港元，成交额2.68亿港元。
消息面上，近期机器人领域催化不断。此前3月1日，京城机电旗下配天机器人发布首个工业具身焊接智能体——绎焊机器人系统新品。新“大脑”可让焊工机器人实现低成本的丝滑换产，加速机器人走向更多工业场景。据悉，京城股份为京城机电控股集团旗下的上市平台，并且实际控制人为北京国资委。据了解，北京人形机器人创新中心有限公司于2023年11月在北京经济技术开发区成立，是国内首家聚焦于具身智能机器人核心技术、产品研发、应用生态建设的创新中心。创新中心由优必选、京城机电、小米机器人等机器人行业领军企事业单位联合组建。
值得注意的是，京城股份近日发布公告称，公司A股股票连续3个交易日内收盘价格涨幅偏离值累计超过20%，属于股票交易异常波动。经核实，公司目前生产经营活动正常，内部生产经营秩序正常，主营业务未发生重大变化，不存在应披露而未披露的重大事项。此外，公司2024年1-9月涉氢产品的销售收入约占主营业务收入的4.22%，对公司业绩贡献有限。
