智通财经APP获悉，泰升集团(00687)盈喜后涨超8%，截至发稿，涨8.56%，报0.203港元，成交额40.26万港元。
消息面上，泰升集团发布公告，集团预期与2023年度的净亏损约1300万港元相比，截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得净溢利约4000万港元。公告称，集团预期由截至2023年12月31日止年度的亏损扭转为截至2024年12月31日止年度的溢利，乃由于导致截至2023年12月31日止年度整体项目成本增加并取得亏损的某项目不可预见的土地状况及工地限制在当前年度并未再次发生。
