中国金茂公司主席张增根辞任陶天海接任
3月11日，中国金茂（00817）发布公告，董事会宣布张增根辞任公司主席、执行董事、战略及投资委员会主席及ESG委员会主席，自2025年3月11日起生效。张增根因达到退休年龄而辞任，并确认与董事会之间没有意见分歧。张增根自2023年5月加入公司，任职期间带领公司在房地产行业的深度调整中，推动了多项改革，确保了公司整体经营稳健，经营业绩稳中向好。
公告还提到，执行董事陶天海被任命为公司主席、战略及投资委员会主席及ESG委员会主席，自同日起生效。陶天海自2000年加入公司以来，担任多个管理职位，积累了丰富的管理经验。他的年薪为120万元，外加适用的福利及酌情奖金。同时，陶天海持有公司770万股股份及可认购200万股股份的股票期权。公告中还提到，陶天海将暂时担任首席执行官的工作，董事会正在物色合适人选以获得委任为首席执行官。
