消息面上，中国秦发发盈喜，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得除税后溢利不多于人民币5.60亿元，上年同期除税后溢利则约为人民币1.92亿元。溢利增加主要由于借贷重大/非重大修订之收益净额增加；平均煤炭售价减少；及平均煤炭售价减少导致物业、厂房及设备以及煤炭采矿权的减值亏损。
