智通财经APP讯，古茗(01364)公布，于2025年3月9日(星期日)，招股章程所述的超额配股权已获整体协调人代表国际包销商按每股股份9.94港元部分行使，涉及合共2186.92万股股份，相当于经计及发售量调整权获悉数行使后但于任何超额配股权获行使前全球发售项下可供认购发售股份总数约12%，以补足国际发售的超额分配。
根据Goldman Sachs International与Modern Leaves Limited订立的借股协议，Goldman Sachs International已向Modern Leaves Limited借入2736.04万股股份，以补足国际发售的超额分配。超额配发股份将用于推动向Modern Leaves Limited归还所借入的部分股份。
根据香港法例第571W章证券及期货(稳定价格)规则第9(2)条，该公司宣布，全球发售的稳定价格期间已于2025年3月9日(星期日)(即于递交香港公开发售申请的截止日期后第30日)结束。
