中广核新能源出售附属公司南通美亚股权 交易金额4.75亿元
3月10日，中广核新能源（01811）发布公告，宣布将出售其于全资附属公司南通美亚持有的所有股权。根据公告，出售事项的代价为4.75亿元，买方为南通能达。此次交易的完成意味着公司将不再持有南通美亚的任何权益，南通美亚将不再是公司的附属公司。
南通美亚截至2022年12月31日的审计净利润为2700万元，2023年12月31日的审计净利润为7392万元，显示出显著的增长。根据南通美亚截至2025年2月28日的未审计资产净值，预计本集团将因出售事项录得约2390万美元的收益。出售所得将用于未来的合适投资及一般运营资金。
此次出售的原因主要是由于南通美亚的业务表现因地方政府的环境保护措施及热电联产规划的变化而下降，董事会认为出售有助于优化资源配置和精简公司结构，以进一步推动公司的核心业务发展。
