消息面上，呷哺呷哺发盈警，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度收入约为人民币48亿元，同比减少约20%；净亏损约人民币3.9亿元至人民币4.1 亿元之间，上年同期净亏损约人民币1.9亿元。公司称，截至2024年12月31日止年度的净亏损主要由于餐饮市场竞争激烈，消费者消费持续疲软且降级，使集团下属品牌营收同比下降，中高端品牌凑凑尚处亏损；及因部分餐厅关闭及持续亏损等因素导致的闭店及减值损失等合计约人民币2.6 亿元。
