　　金朝阳集团（00878）复牌高开近40%，截至发稿，股价上涨39.82%，现报7.69港元，成交额341.82万港元。

　　消息面上，金朝阳集团发布公告称，Earning Ease（要约人）建议以协议安排方式将公司私有化，包括现金注销价7.5港元；及以现金支付之特别股息1港元，即每股注销总价8.5港元，较停牌前收报溢价54.55%。最高现金代价总额约6.03亿港元。计划生效后，公司将向联交所申请撤销股份的上市地位。目前，要约人及其一致行动人士共计持有公司股本74.97%。
