中国金茂换帅！张增根辞职，陶天海接任
【大河财立方消息】3月11日，中国金茂公告称，张增根因达至退休年龄而辞任公司主席、执行董事、战略及投资委员会主席及ESG委员会主席，自2025年3月11日起生效。张增根亦将不再于中国金茂附属公司任职。
董事会宣布，执行董事陶天海获董事会委任，将出任公司主席、战略及投资委员会主席及ESG委员会主席。张增根辞任后，陶天海将暂时承担过渡期间首席执行官的工作及责任。
公告显示，张增根于2023年5月加入中国金茂，担任公司主席兼执行董事至今。
陶天海生于1975年，于2000年7月加入中国金茂，2023年4月起担任公司执行董事兼任首席执行官至今，拥有25年的酒店及地产开发管理经验。
同日，中国金茂发布盈利预告，预期集团截至2024年12月31日止年度将录得公司所有者应占溢利约10亿元，同比前一年所有者应占亏损约69亿元实现扭亏为盈，且录得大幅增长。
对于业绩增长的原因，中国金茂称，主要由于持续强化精益管理，全力推进控费提效，管理费用、销售及营销开支、融资成本等于2024年度下降。集团及集团部分联营及合营企业项目计提发展中物业、持作出售物业等资产减值拨备于2024年度下降。
