智通财经APP讯，中星集团控股(00055)发布公告，集团预期将于截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024年财政年度)取得介乎约7000万港元至8500万港元的亏损，而截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023年财政年度)则取得亏损约8210万港元。
董事会认为，2024年财政年度取得亏损主要归因于：(i)2024年财政年度持作买卖投资的公平值亏损约520万港元(2023年财政年度：公平值亏损约160万港元);(ii)2024年财政年度投资物业的公平值亏损约2220万港元(2023年财政年度：公平值亏损约610万港元);及(iii)2024年财政年度物业发展业务以及制造及销售业务的分类亏损。
