智通财经APP讯，圆美光电(08311)发布公告，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度集团的亏损可能大幅增加，取得2024财年公司权益持有人应占综合亏损介于约4100万港元至4600万港元，相比截至2023年12月31日止年度的公司权益持有人应占综合亏损约1910.4万港元。
预期2024财年取得的公司权益持有人应占综合亏损，相比2023财年大幅增加，乃主要由于下列因素的综合影响：(i)预期2024财年取得集团按公允价值计入损益的金融资产(即集团于出门问问有限公司(02438)的投资)的公允价值亏损约1920.7万港元，相比2023财年取得集团按公允价值计入损益的金融资产(即集团于出门问问有限公司的投资)的公允价值收益约1064.7万港元;(ii)预期取得集团2024财年收入比2023财年减少，继而导致集团2024财年的毛利比2023财年减少;(iii)预期集团2024财年取得的经营开支较2023财年减少。
