【环球网报道】据英国广播公司（BBC）、《以色列时报》报道，一名手持巴勒斯坦国旗的男子于当地时间3月8日清晨攀爬英国首都伦敦地标性建筑大本钟，他赤脚站在一处几米高的狭窄壁架上，滞留超10小时。

　　BBC称，警方于格林尼治时间7时24分接到报警。该事件导致英国议会大厦附近的威斯敏斯特桥关闭，议会参观活动被迫取消。

　　报道提到，该男子当天晚间还在社交媒体平台Instagram上发布视频，表示自己“很安全”，并警告称，“如果你们靠近我，就是把我置于危险之中，我会爬得更高。”

　　《以色列时报》称，谈判人员借助消防车升降梯并通过扩音器与该男子沟通。然而，社交媒体上的视频显示，该男子回应称，“我会按照自己的方式下来。”与此同时，围观民众在警戒线旁聚集，部分支持者高喊“解放巴勒斯坦”等口号。

　　威斯敏斯特警方晚些时候表示，该男子于午夜后撤离，刚一落地就被逮捕。
