格隆汇3月10日丨晶苑国际(02232.HK)发布公告，公司已获恒生指数有限公司选定并将纳入恒生综合指数成份股，自2025年3月10日起生效。恒生综合指数是一项全面的香港市场指标，涵盖了在香港联交所主板上市的公司总市值最高的95%，可以用作指数基金、互惠基金及业绩表现的基准。获纳入恒生综合指数将令公司股份符合资格于沪港通及深港通(中国香港与中国内地投资者进行股份交易的渠道)进行买卖。
董事会认为，公司获纳入恒生综合指数反映资本市场对公司业务表现及价值的高度认可，将有助扩大公司股东基础并增加其股份交易的流通性，从而提高公司于资本市场的投资价值及声誉。
