　　天津建发（02515）发布公告，本公司已于2025年3月7日收到中国证监会就申请出具日期为2025年3月7日的备案通知书（备案通知书）。根据备案通知书，本公司已完成向中国证监会就实施H股全流通（即1.62亿股未上市股份转换为H股）的备案。备案通知书自2025年3月7日起计12个月内有效。本公司将向联交所申请转换及上市。
