诺辉健康(06606.HK) 公布，上周四(6日)接获联交所的函件，内容有关修订及额外复牌指引，包括根据上市规则刊发所有尚未公布的财务业绩及处理任何审计修订意见；针对2021年12月31日起至2024年12月31日止的每个财政年度，就审计问题进行适当的独立法证调查，公布调查结果，评估由此产生的影响，并采取适当的补救措施等。
据上市规则第6.01A(1)条，联交所可将已连续18个月暂停买卖的任何证券除牌。就诺辉健康而言，18个月期限将于今年9月27日届满。如公司未能补救导致其停牌的事宜、履行复牌指引及全面遵守上市规则直至联交所满意，并于今年9月27日之前恢复其股份买卖，则上市科将建议上市委员会将公司除牌。
诺辉健康股份已自去年3月28日起于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖直至进一步通知为止。(js/w)
