3月10日，太二酸菜鱼的母公司九毛九（09922）发布公告，预计2024财年公司股东应占溢利不少于5000万元，比上年的4.5亿元缩水89%。

　　2024财年，公司将录得收入约60.7亿元，比2023财年录得的59.9亿元同比微增。

　　由于2024 财政年度外部环境变动，餐饮市场竞争加剧，九毛九旗下餐厅的同店业绩上半年出现下滑。

　　另外，根据盈利预警，2024年，因部分餐厅关闭及表现不佳等因素导致的一次性闭店损失及减值损失（非现金项目）合计不超过人民币 1.35亿元；公司取得的政府补贴及增值税加计抵减及豁免等其他收入减少，以及汇率波动导致的汇兑净亏损增加。

　　2024年上半年，九毛九餐厅数量为771家，较上一年末增加了45家；2023年公司餐厅增加了170家至726家，餐厅数量快速增长并没有阻止公司利润下滑，2024年上半年，九毛九的股东应占净利润下挫67.5%。
