老铺黄金、天津建发通过备案，申请股份“全流通”
根据中国证监会披露，老铺黄金、天津建发2家通过中国证监会备案。截至目前，2025年已有34家境内企业通过证监会备案。
申请股份“全流通”企业：
1、老铺黄金
公司3名股东拟将所持合计40,388,900股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。
2、天津建发
4名股东拟将所持合计161,844,749股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。
