智通财经APP讯，中国金融投资管理(00605)发布公告，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得本公司拥有人应占纯利不少于约3500万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度取得亏损净额约 1.6亿港元。
公告称，董事会认为，截至2024年12月31日止年度本公司拥有人应占纯利乃主要由于：完成与若干投资者/贷款人结算未经授权贷款及未经授权担保，导致应付贷款及利息及自贷款担保合约产生的负债的拨回金额约 1.703亿港元;尽管收入减少约23%，惟本年度的利息及手续费减幅超过56%，故利息收入及服务收入净额有所增加;及由于2024年中国房地产市场出现逐步复苏迹象，故应收贷款的减值亏损减少。
