智通财经APP讯，上海电气(02727)公布，公司于 2024 年 12 月 31 日在联合产权交易所公开挂牌转让上海电气集团(肃宁)环保科技有限公司100% 股权。2025 年 2 月 5 日，公司收到联合产权交易所通知，标的资产的受让方确定为上海环境集团股份有限公司(上海环境)。近日，公司与上海环境签订《产权交易合同》，标的资产成交价格为人民币1.57亿元。
