智通财经APP讯，中国金茂(00817)发布公告，张增根先生辞任公司主席、执行董事、战略及投资委员会主席及ESG委员会主席，自2025年3月11日起生效。张先生亦将不再于本公司附属公司任职。董事会进而宣布，执行董事陶天海先生获董事会委任，将出任公司主席、战略及投资委员会主席及ESG委员会主席，自2025年3月11日起生效。
继张先生辞任后，公司主席及执行董事陶天海先生将暂时承担过渡期间首席执行官的工作及责任。为符合《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》附录C1第二部分守则条文第C.2.1条，本公司正致力于切实可行情况下物色具备适当专业资格或相关专长的合适人选，以获委任为首席执行官。
