智通财经APP讯，绿心集团(00094)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度(本年度)取得净亏损比去年增加大约25%。
股东应占净亏损增加原因如下：(i)与位于新西兰人工林资产相关的公允价值亏损大约6750万港元(2023年：1210万港元)。公允价值亏损主要是因为不利的市场状况导致原木售价下跌所致。
(ii)因上文(i)所述的人工林资产公允价值亏损而产生的相应递延所得税抵免为大约790万港元(2023年：270万港元);及
(iii)集团苏利南分部森林特许经营权及砍伐权、以及使用权资产连同相关加工设施的帐面值减值亏损大约4830万港元(2023年：7580万港元)。
