智通财经APP讯，思考乐教育(01769)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得:(i)收入不少于人民币8.35亿元，较截至2023年12月31日止年度的收入人民币5.71亿元增加不少于46.3%;(ii)净利润不少于人民币1.4亿元，较去年的净利润8600万元增加不少于62.8%;及(iii)公司权益持有人应占经调整净利润(非国际财务报告准则计量)(1)不少于人民币1.65亿元，较去年的公司权益持有人应占经调整净利润(非国际财务报告准则计量)人民币1.08亿元增加不少于52.8%。
截至2024年12月31日止年度的预期收入、净利润及权益持有人应占经调整净利润预计将达到集团成立以来的历史新高。具体而言，截至2024年12月31日止年度的预期净利润增加主要由于(i)辅导课时总数增加，令收入增加及(ii)集团持续努力改善经营效率，使营运表现有所改善。上述情况反映出公司业务举措的成功，这些举措在采取严格的成本措施的同时，扩大了集团的收入基础并预计将继续扩大。
董事会亦强调，集团在广东省的策略发展不断取得进展。集团已于2024年中开始筹备重启广州市场的业务，广州的课程受到家长及学生的认可，初步取得了可喜的成果。董事会相信，广州业务将扩大集团的收入基础，并有助于集团的长远发展。
