　　多点数智（02586）早盘涨幅持续扩大，股价大涨19.74%，现报10.98港元，成交额4981.89万港元。

　　2025年2月21日，恒生指数公司宣布多点数智等公司调整进入恒生综合指数成分股，于2025年3月10日起生效。根据公司招股书显示，24H1公司实现营收9.4亿元，同比增长22.9%，零售核心服务云收入占比99.4%，其中操作系统和AIoT解决方案收入占比分别为44.7%和54.7%。24H1公司毛利率38.3%，其中操作系统毛利率高达76.8%，由于前期劳务成本较高，AIoT业务毛利率仅9%。公司预计随着AIoT解决方案的成熟，三年内AIoT业务成本会稳定在较低水平，驱动公司整体毛利率的提升。

　　光大证券发布研报称，多点数智拥有毛利率较高的操作系统业务作为基石，通过物美集团、麦德龙供应链集团等关联方的合作进行客户拓展，AIoT外包成本的快速下降有望驱动公司扭亏为盈。考虑到国内宏观经济低迷和企业IT付费意愿较低，公司的海外业务或将实现更高的抽佣率和利润率，加速公司实现盈利。同时，数字化转型也有利于零售商摆脱人工成本高、运营效率低的困境，看好AI数字化解决方案在零售垂类场景的渗透率持续提升，建议持续关注。
