金吾财讯 | 国信证券发研指，远东宏信(03360)2024年实现收入总额377亿元，同比基本持平；2024年实现归属于普通股股东净利润39亿元，同比减少38%。2024年平均ROE7.8%，同比下降5.2个百分点。2024年度每股现金股息0.55港元，持续稳定增长，现金分红率达到56%，2024年度分红对应的静态股息率接近9%，预计后续每股分红指标保持增长。该行指，公司2024年末总资产同比增长3%至3604亿元，规模保持稳定，其中贷款及应收款项同比下降4%至2606亿元。2024年全国融资租赁合同余额同比下降3%，整个行业处于收缩阶段，远东宏信表现与行业整体水平接近。子公司宏信建发扩张较快，2024年总资产同比增长17%，主要得益于业务规模扩张，尤其是加速布局海外业务。该行表示，考虑到行业整体规模收缩、市场利率下行等因素调低盈利预测，预计2025-2027年普通股东净利润42/44/46亿元（上次2025-2026年预测值65/67亿元），同比增速10%/4%/4%；摊薄EPS为0.98/1.02/1.06元；当前股价对应PE为5.8/5.6/5.4x，PB为0.49/0.47/0.45x。公司资产质量稳定，动态股息率约10%，该行维持“优于大市”评级。
