　　锦兴国际控股（02307）发布公告，与于截至2023年12月31日止年度取得亏损净额约1.348亿港元相比，集团预计将于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得纯利介乎约2600万港元至3300万港元。

　　董事会认为，截至2024年6月30日止六个月业绩转亏为盈的势头延续主要归因于：销售量增加；毛利率有所改善；融资费用减少；及来自出售一间附属公司的一次性出售收益净额约2530万港元。
