澜沧古茶预计2024年收入同比降30%-32%
3月11日，澜沧古茶（06911）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日的年度收入将约为3.6亿元至3.7亿元，较2023年度的收入5.27亿元减少约30%至32%。同时，预计本公司拥有者应占亏损将在9650万元至1.2亿元之间，而2023年度则录得盈利8010万元。
公告中指出，收入下滑的主要原因包括终端消费复苏缓慢，导致线下实体门店经营困难。同时，线上电商和直播带货的快速发展对线下门店产生了较大冲击。尽管本公司在报告期内在线上渠道投入了大量资源，线上的推广及服务费用同比增长超过50%，但由于缺乏有效的产品分类规划和价格管控，未能实现显著的销售增长，反而进一步影响了线下门店的业绩。
此外，公告还提到，由于市场环境的变化和财务表现，预计将增加对相关资产及信用的减值拨备，影响金额约为4700万元至6700万元。尽管这些减值拨备为非现金性质的会计项目，但仍可能对公司整体业绩产生重要影响。最终，董事会提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时需谨慎行事。
