On a per-share basis, the Or Yehuda, Israel-based company said it had net income of 22 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 24 cents per share.
The business process integration software company posted revenue of $142.6 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $36.9 million, or 75 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $552.5 million.
Magic Software expects full-year revenue in the range of $593 million to $603 million.
