记者昨（10）日从顺义区了解到，中石化顺义油库改造项目已获审批，正在准备前期施工。项目将以原有8个油罐为核心，打造文创办公、潮流店铺、儿童娱乐等8个主题生活体验空间，成为集文化、商务、零售、餐饮、休闲于一体的城市文化会客厅。

中石化顺义油库位于顺平路与顺白路交叉口东北角。据了解，油库已闲置多年，8个大油罐体积合计约3万立方米，另有库房、消防车库、办公楼等建筑面积约7000平方米。该油库计划通过“顺义区中石化油库城市文化休闲会客厅”项目进行改造。项目区位优势明显，邻近燕京桥，周边10公里内有奥林匹克水上公园、新城滨河森林公园、潮白河森林公园等，车程15分钟可达首都国际机场。

项目预计总投资8亿元，其中年度招商金额预计1亿元。项目总用地面积约115亩，现存8个大油罐及库房、消防车库、办公楼等少量建筑，与顺白路东侧绿化用地作为一个整体进行规划设计。项目以油罐为核心，引入可移动太空舱、火车车厢等元素，打造集文化、商务、零售、餐饮、休闲于一体的城市文化会客厅。

此外，该项目拟通过股权合作、联合运营、产业招商等方式，开展整体投资合作，引入各类主题节庆活动，元宇宙、品牌体验店、室内海洋馆、微剧场、艺术打卡空间、餐饮民宿、零售文创等各种业态。项目建成后预计每年接待100万人次。（记者 孟紫薇）
