　　中国秦发（00866）发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得除税后溢利不多于人民币5.60亿元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的除税后溢利则约为人民币1.92亿元。

　　除税后溢利的预期增加乃主要由于以下各项的净影响：借贷重大╱非重大修订的收益净额增加；平均煤炭售价减少；及平均煤炭售价减少导致物业、厂房及设备以及煤炭采矿权的减值亏损。
