　　“他上次担任总统时，伊朗石油出口萎缩到非常保守的水平，”Wright周一在休斯敦参加CERAWeek by S&P Global会议期间接受采访时表示。

　　“拜登没有取消这些制裁，但他停掉了执行，”他补充道，“这让伊朗有了钱。现在，我们已经看到了胡塞武装、真主党和哈马斯的所作所为。这是一场混乱。那么特朗普总统是否希望制止混乱、给世界带来和平？当然。我们能承受挤压伊朗石油出口的影响吗？当然。”
