金吾财讯 | 华联国际(00969)宣布，泛加勒比糖业有限公司（公司拥有70%权益之间接附属公司）与AYD Construction Limited（买方）订立日期为2025年3月10日（牙买加时间）之买卖协议，出售牙买加圣凯瑟琳区西班牙镇Bernard Lodge的Bernard Lodge糖厂，由三幅总面积为18.079公顷的地块组成。Bernard Lodge糖厂已被荒废，座落于该三幅地块上。代价为255万美元（相当于约1989万港元）。估计出售事项之所得款项净额约245万美元（相当于约1911万港元）拟用作集团之一般营运资金。
