华联国际(00969.HK) 公布，持股70%的附属公司泛加勒比糖业于3月10日与买方AYD Construction Limited订立买卖协议，将以代价255万美元，相当于约1,989万港元，出售位于牙买加圣凯瑟琳区西班牙镇Bernard Lodge的Bernard Lodge糖厂。该糖厂座落于由三幅总面积为18.079公顷的地块组成，集团于2013年收购前该糖厂已停产多年且处于废弃阶段，将按现状基准出售。
