智通财经APP获悉，康宁杰瑞制药-B(09966)早盘跌超14%，截至发稿，跌12.85%，报5.29港元，成交额1712.59万港元。
消息面上，2月21日，恒生指数有限公司宣布季度检讨结果，康宁杰瑞制药-B遭剔除出恒生综合指数。3月10日，深交所公告，港股通标的证券名单发生调整并自2025年03月10日起生效，康宁杰瑞制药-B遭剔除港股通名单。
值得注意的是，康宁杰瑞制药拟于3月25日举行董事会会议批准年度业绩。公司此前发布盈喜，与2023年度亏损2.11亿元人民币相比，预计2024年度利润不少于1.5亿元人民币，首次实现年度盈利。主要基于三项授权合作和销售收入：在2024年1月、6月、9月，康宁杰瑞分别与Glenmark公司、ArriVent BioPharma、石药集团达成商业合作协议。
