泛远国际(02516.HK) 公布，与顺昌快达控股及快顺投资于上周五(7日)，订立不具法律约束力之谅解备忘录，内容有关泛远国际建议收购快顺投资不少于60%股权。
据谅解备忘录，150万元订金应于签订谅解备忘录后十五个历日内向顺昌快达控股支付。倘建议收购事项完成，订金将构成泛远国际于快顺投资的投资金额的一部分。另外，快顺投资为一间于英属处女群岛注册成立的有限公司，于香港提供物流服务，包括于香港运输及配送不同货品及商品，包括快速消费品及设计师特色商品；以及于香港提供辅助临时劳工服务，包括客户配送中心的货架及夹板搬运服务。
泛远国际表示，此建议收购事项将提升该集团于物流领域的综合服务能力，将能深化大湾区与中国内地城市的业务联系，提升区域市场渗透力及客户服务覆盖密度。另外，双方的业务协同将促进营运效率及成本优化，进一步巩固集团在跨境物流领域的竞争优势。(js/w)
