ANZ Group Holdings (ASX:ANZ, NZE:ANZ) said that most of its branches in Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales reopened Monday, following disruptions caused by Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred over the weekend, according to a same-day statement by the bank.
Of the 55 branches closed, 37 will resume operations, and 130 ATMs are now functional across the region, while mobile ATMs will be deployed if needed, the bank said.
Customers can check branch status and access services through the ANZ App and internet banking, the bank added.
ANZ's relief package, activated on March 5, includes payment relief on loans, fee waivers, and emergency support for insurance holders.
