智通财经APP讯，实德环球(00487)公布，预期该集团于2024年度的未经审核综合溢利将减少约40%至50%，而2023年同期则取得经审核综合溢利约港币1.69亿元。
公告称，溢利减少主要源于下列各项： 期内投资物业的公平值亏损大幅增加，以及集团物业存货的账面值撇减;被分类为物业、厂房及设备的租赁土地及楼宇的账面值确认重大减值亏损;集团应占与其旗舰投资项目十六浦有关的联营公司的溢利减少。上述该集团投资物业的公平值亏损，以及物业存货撇减及减值亏损全部属未变现性质，亦非现金项目，并不会影响集团的现金流。
