智通财经APP获悉，蒙牛乳业(02319)午后跌超6%，截至发稿，跌4.87%，报17.96港元，成交额4.41亿港元。
消息面上，蒙牛乳业拟于3月26日举行董事会会议批准年度业绩。公司此前发布盈警，预计2024年度纯利介乎5,000万至2.5亿人民币，同比跌幅约94.8%-99%。主要是旗下贝拉米将有商誉和相关无形资产减值拨备，及联营公司现代牧业发生乳牛公允价值变动亏损和相关商誉减值。
高盛发布研报称，蒙牛乳业近日发盈警，但股价表现正面反映蒙牛在去年经济下行周期中良好的成本控制和营运效率改善能力，同时认为盈利能见度和估值重估仍有进一步上升空间。小摩则表示，由于生鲜奶价格下降，行业竞争和价格战在2025年可能仍持续，该行预测今年销售和经调整盈利将分别增长3%和2%。
