消息面上，近日，思路迪医药股份发布公告称，其布局“AI+mRNA”肿瘤疫苗取得突破。该公司自主研发的用于核酸药物递送的脂质纳米颗粒（LNP）中关键组分可电离阳离子脂质近期已申报PCT专利。通过利用人工智能(AI)设计并筛选数百个脂质化合物，针对不同的细胞种类和器官靶向建立了可电离阳离子脂质研发平台，高效协同自研mRNA肿瘤疫苗项目的开发，突破递送技术壁垒、提高药物靶向性，解决非特异性组织分布等难题，提升药物开发效率并构建产品差异化竞争优势。
据悉，思路迪医药公司聚焦肿瘤新抗原疫苗，自主研发的肿瘤抗原预测平台3D-PreciseAg，可基于患者个体化突变生成定制化治疗方案，临床前数据显示其对实体瘤抑制率达60%，显著延长荷瘤小鼠生存期。2025年，思路迪医药计划提交首款mRNA肿瘤疫苗IND申请，并通过与PD-1药物联用构建治疗矩阵。
