中国民生银行股份有限公司（简称“本行”）董事会收到张宏伟先生的辞职函。因个人身体原因，张宏伟先生申请辞去本行第九届董事会副董事长、董事、董事会战略发展与消费者权益保护委员会委员、董事会提名委员会委员等职务。张宏伟先生的辞职自2025年3月15日起生效。张宏伟先生确认与本行董事会、监事会、高级管理层无不同意见，亦无任何与辞职相关事项需要通知本行股东及债权人。董事会对张宏伟先生履职董事所做的工作表示感谢。特此公告
