Oshidori International Holdings (HKG:0622) expects a net loss of HK$188.6 million for 2024, compared with HK$84.5 million a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company attributed its net loss to an unrealized fair value loss of HK$51.6 million and an associate loss of HK$60.6 million.
The trading and investment of the securities business plan will publish its annual results later in March.
The company's shares were down 8% at the close of trading.
