IT之家 3 月 13 日消息，北京市规划和自然资源委员会经济技术开发区分局 3 月 11 日发布《关于亦庄新城 YZ00-0606 街 0110、0111 地块规划综合实施方案》的公示。
如图所示，YZ00-0606 街区 0110、0111 地块位于亦庄新城的核心区域，西至小米二期项目，规划用地性质为一类工业用地，用地规模约 52 公顷，容积率 1.0，建筑高度 60 米，绿地率 15%。
小米汽车二期工厂项目位于亦庄新城 YZ00-0606 街区 0106 地块，隔壁便是已经投入运营的小米汽车一期工厂（IT之家注：两者之间仅隔了一条马路），因此许多人猜测这是小米汽车工厂三期规划用地。
