新地(00016.HK) 旗下启德“天玺-海”周四(13日)公布第2A期的最新销售部署，涵盖42伙四房套连士多房单位，实用面积介乎1,124至1,150平方呎，以及1伙复式连泳池及天台特色单位，实用面积2,476平方呎。发展商透露，短时间内会上载楼书，预计首批招标推售10伙。
