金吾财讯 | 九龙仓集团(00004)公布2024年全年业绩公告，公司股东应占亏损32.24亿港元，上年同期为盈利9.45亿港元，每股基本亏损1.05元。派第二次中期股息每股0.2港元。期内，集团收入121.15亿港元，同比减少36.07%，营业盈利减少18%至56.44亿港元，主要由发展物业导致。详细来看，投资物业收入减少4%至46.44亿港元，营业盈利减少6%至30.26亿港元，因为内地商场和写字楼租金偏软。发展物业收入下跌74%至22.54亿港元，营业盈利下跌61%至4.66亿港元，整体营业毛利达21%，主要因为一个杭州项目落成。香港没有销售额确认入账。酒店收入微升1%至6.17亿港元，但营业盈利下跌90%至1100万港元，主要因为市场疲软下房价和入住率皆下降，及初成立位于长沙的柏悦酒店和玛珂酒店录得营运亏损。物流收入减少7%至22.05亿港元，营业盈利减少17%至3.15亿港元，主要因为香港吞吐量下降，而有利的码头组合局部抵销了上述影响。
