智通财经APP讯，翼辰实业(01596)发布公告，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度集团将取得合并净亏损约人民币5080万元。此即截至2023年12月31日止年度取得的合并净收益转回约人民币5030万元。
公告称，财务表现下滑主要由于以下原因所致：截至2024年12月31日止年度需计提减值损失估计约人民币6420万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度计提减值损失约人民币3690万元，主要由于宏观经济形势疲软，应收货款回款周期加长，公司根据预期信用损失模型计提的信用减值损失增加。
截至2024年12月31日止年度确认与交易性金融资产相关的公允价值变动亏损和处置交易性金融资产取得的投资亏损约人民币6810万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度确认与交易性金融资产相关的公允价值变动收益和处置交易性金融资产取得的投资亏损约人民币4910万元，交易性金融资产相关的公允价值变动亏损和投资亏损增加主要由于公司原持有的香港上市公司股票的价格变动所致，截至2024年12月31日公司未继续持有香港上市公司股票。
受到铁路项目工程施工进度和产品结构变动的影响，截至2024年12月31日止年度公司产品毛利减少约人民币3820万元。
